Annual retainer of $180

Good people sometimes find themselves in bad situations.  You thought it would never happen to you, but suddenly you find yourself involved in a weapon related or use-of-force situation.

It may not matter whether you were the victim or the suspect.  You may be arrested, processed, and placed in a holding cell until the authorities determine what they are going to do with you.

You will be given the opportunity to speak with your attorney.  If you don’t already have an attorney, you will be given the opportunity to call one out of the phone book.  Or, you can elect to have your future assigned to the next public defender.

Staying in the green.  If you want your own attorney, they will likely be happy to accept your case just as soon as you have paid the $5,000 initial retainer.  You should be prepared to pay an additional $3,000 or more if your case goes before the Grand Jury.  Legal fees for a full trial could exceed $50,000.

A better plan – Financial Peace of Mind.  Through our Lead Counsel, Ohio Concealed Carry Defense Services, LLC provides anyone in Ohio with a valid Concealed Handgun License with access to complete criminal and civil defense.  We assist clients when they are challenged while carrying their handgun or find themselves in a weapon related or use-of-force situation.  For a retainer of $180 per year (excluding out-of-pocket costs), you will be protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
