Lead Counsel

With more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in Ohio, our lead counsel holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, a law degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Law degree from Capital University.  He has taught in the graduate law program at Capital University, has been published locally and nationally on a variety of topics, and has been the guest speaker at many functions throughout the Midwest.

He is a certified NRA Instructor in Home Firearm Safety, Basic Pistol, Personal Protection Inside the Home, and Personal Protection Outside the Home.

Annually, he is a guest speaker at hundreds of NRA courses on firearm safety.  He has presented the legal aspects of concealed carry to thousands of students across the State.  He is also a radio guest host for Classic Country Radio in Southern and Western Ohio.

He has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts across Ohio.

He is the founding member of Ohio Concealed Carry Defense Services, LLC and understands the stress of carrying concealed.  He is both an Ohio and Utah concealed carry permit holder.  He is also a member of the National Rifle Association.
